Q1. Will it shed and tangle?
A: Shedding: Initial shedding of a few strands of new hair is normal. We always recommend sealing the weft before installation and brushing it with a wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding can result from cutting the weft or dryness. Always seal the ends if you cut the weft for installation and keep it moisturized.
Tangling: Typically, our hair does not tangle as it’s intact human hair. However, dryness, oil and dirt buildup, saltwater, or not combing daily can lead to tangling and shedding. Please follow hair care instructions and use a good shampoo and conditioner to wash the hair twice a week.

Q2. Can I dye it to a different color and style?
A: Yes, our hair is 100% human hair that can be dyed, bleached, and permed. However, frequent dyeing and perming can damage the hair, even destroy it. Please avoid doing this often.

Q3. Why are there short hairs on the weft?
A: When hair is cut from donors, it’s a bundle of long hairs without a weft. Hair length needs to be folded for sewing the weft. That’s why there are short hairs on one side. Please don’t worry about it; it won’t affect the hair’s appearance or quality.

Q4. Are all hair strands the same length?
A: Our hair is 100% human, cut from young donors. Like our natural hair, real human hair cannot grow to the exact same length for every strand. This is why the ends of human hair are always thinner than the top. Please fully understand and consider this before placing your order.

Q5. How to measure hair length?
A: For wavy hair, please straighten it to measure by stretching it out, then take the measurements.
